With the announcement from the Saskatchewan government there are some changes for when you come to see me for a massage treatment.
Starting tomorrow, November 6th, face masks will be required upon entering any public building.
What does that mean for you?
– When you come into the building you will be required to wear a face mask
– If you do not have a face mask you will be charged a $2 fee (added to your massage cost) and provided with one.
– Your mask must stay on until your treatment begins and after it has finished
– During your massage you are not required to wear a face mask but it is recommended
– If you have a medical exemption to wearing a mask you will need to bring your exemption card or note from your physician at the time of your appointment.

I graduated from Western College of Massage Therapy in 2017 with a certification in sports massage therapy. I strive to meet each client's individual need for massage, whether it be for relaxation and stress relief or for therapeutic reasons to help with tension or injury. Each session begins with a full assessment to ensure the treatment is safely and effectively tailored to meet the client's needs. My main goal is to treat the areas that cause discomfort before treating the symptoms created by them. I follows each treatment by giving either stretches or mobility exercises to help the client maintain the benefits of the massage at home and work. I enjoy using his knowledge of fitness and health to help people achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
