Mondays = 9:30am – 4pm
Tuesdays = 11am – 7pm
Wednesdays = 11am – 7pm
Thursdays = 9:30am – 4pm
Fridays = 9:30am – 4pm
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid any cancellation charge please try to let me know if you cannot make your massage appointment as early as possible. Most efficient way to cancel your appointment is via email to healthyrootsbc@gmail.com. there’s also the option to cancel it through the link you receive in your booking confirmation email.
Appointments cancelled with more than 48hours notice = no charge
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or less notice = 50% charge of service
Appointment no show = full charge of service
